At Comfora, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience with clear and transparent policies regarding pricing, payment, shipping, and delivery. Please review the details below before placing an order.

1. Pricing Policy
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices displayed on our website are final and include applicable taxes (if any).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price at the time of purchase will apply.
Promotional offers, discounts, and sales may be available for a limited time and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
In case of any pricing errors (e.g., incorrect or unrealistic prices due to system glitches), Comfora reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
2. Payment Policy
We offer multiple secure payment methods to ensure a smooth transaction process:

Accepted Payment Methods:
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay at the time of delivery.
✅ Credit/Debit Cards – Visa, Mastercard, and local bank cards are accepted.
✅ Online Bank Transfer – Available for major Pakistani banks.
✅ Mobile Wallets (Easypaisa/JazzCash) – Payments can be made via mobile banking.

Payment Terms:
All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways to ensure your information remains confidential.
COD orders must be paid in full at the time of delivery.
Failed or declined transactions may require an alternative payment method.
3. Shipping & Delivery Policy
We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

Shipping Charges:
Standard Shipping Fee: Shipping costs vary based on the weight, location, and courier service.
Free Shipping: Occasionally available for promotional offers (if applicable).
International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time:
📍 Major Cities: 3-5 business days
📍 Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
📍 Public Holidays/Festive Seasons: Delivery times may be longer due to high demand.

Shipping Terms & Conditions:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details or failure to receive, you may be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
4. Order Tracking & Delivery
Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email/SMS.
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support for assistance.
A delivery attempt will be made twice. If the package is not received, it will be returned to Comfora, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
5. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Email us at comforapk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Attach clear images of the package and the incorrect/damaged product.
Our team will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
🚫 Items will not be replaced or refunded if:

The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
The product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
6. Cancellation of Orders Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for canceled prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
